Moira is a Fire Safety and Risk Engineer with 17 years' experience in the consulting and mining industries, and is based in Perth, Western Australia. She has experience in large industrial projects, underground mining, surface mining, refining process and smelting operations. Moira has previously worked as the subject matter expert for mining companies providing technical advice, undertaking fire risk assessments, delivering strategic asset reliability planning, and developing maintenance continuous improvement and best practice frameworks.
MOIRA BROWN
Chris holds mining qualifications in both the United States and Australia including Underground Foreman (New Mexico, United States) and Open Cut Examiner (New South Wales, Australia) and has been certified to conduct safety and health investigations through the ICAM Incident Lead Investigator Program. Chris’ diverse background includes varied roles and experience in risk management, leading incident investigations, internal assurance audits, process safety, statutory inspections, contractor management, continuous improvement, technical services and varied operational leadership roles.
